I used to represent my school for badminton matches and I still Play the game," Says Bollywood Star Deepika.

"I am very much a coffee drinker and I need My cuppa early in the day and taking Low Calories Biscuits in Morning Breakfast, which are High on Fibers; Because High Fibers are very Useful to make My Thigh-Muscles Fair, Spongy, Healthy and Sexy." Talking about her dietary habits, Deepika says that she makes it a point to avoid coconut chutney once in a while having her Dosas and Idlis. "It is these small changes that ultimately make a big difference. If you are having a sandwich then keep cheese out of if. If you are having Idlis and Dosas then sometimes let go of the coconut chutneys and make full use of the sambhar. I have followed some of these dietary rules and all of them have worked wonders for me," she says.
